The feeding system was supposed to make more than 400 vehicle fuses available for further processing per minute
Development of seven connected feeding stations. Each feeding station transports more than 100 fuses per minute. We used the proven Afag spiral feeders with reactive force compensation in order to avoid spurious oscillation. When the fuses leave the feeder bowl, sensors identify the respective colour. If needed, the unwanted colour variants are then sorted out. As a result, a total of 455 parts reach their destination each minute.
