Afag Automation is selling its Transport Systems business unit to ID: Industrial Dynamics on April 01, 2023. The company from Lößnitz in Saxony will reliably continue and further develop the Linear Transfer System (LTS) and Linear Transport Module (LTM) product groups.
We are pleased to have found the best possible buyer in ID: Industrial Dynamics, which is itself an LTS customer and therefore already has a great deal of know-how in the field of transport systems.
Through the sale, we will further sharpen our strategic focus and concentrate on our core competencies "handling" and "feeding" for assembly automation and further expand our Smart product range with integrated embedded technology.
