Linear Transport Module Vertical

The LTM-V is a quickly cycling linear transport module that permits high machine outputs depending on the design of the Pick and Place stations. The time required to transport the workpiece carrier is reduced to a few tenths of a second. This means you get more process time for the actual application.

The dimensions of the linear transport module are according to the mounting parts to be transported. They determine the working length as well as the width of the workpiece carriers.

A complete linear transport module consists of a drive module, a deflection module, up to 5 middle modules, an Afag drive package and an SE-Power servo controll

Modules

The following modules are required for the assembly of the LTM-V linear transport module:

1 x drive module
1 x deflection module
Up to 5 middle modules

The required working length is determined by the number of middle modules to be installed for each LTM-V. It is between 720 and 3720 millimeters depending on the number of middle modules.

Workpiece carrier

There are two workpiece carrier sizes:

100 x 120 mm (width x length)
180 x 120 mm (width x length)

The width of the LTM-V is defined by the selected size, as this side moves across the running direction of the system. Special widths are available upon request.
The hard-anodized aluminum workpiece carriers are fixed to the toothed belt. We will also manufacture a drilling pattern for customer cavities.
