A total of 40 containers per minute should be sealed and fed to the next work step. Up to 16 different lids should be processed by using interchangeable chucks.
Solution
- A 7-axis portal system EPS midi gantry XXYZZCC consisting of two Afag PEL30-430-D20 portal axes (X-axis), one PDL30-530 portal axis (Y-axis), two ES20-200 electric slides (Z-axis) and two SE20 rotary axes (C-axis).
- The cycle of the sealing only takes three seconds.
