Changes to the top management of the Afag Group.

Adrian Fuchser began his tenure as CEO on January 1, 2022. Most recently, the 59-year-old served as CEO of the FERRUM Group in Rupperswil. After completing his training as a precision mechanic, Fuchser earned a mechanical engineering and a software engineering degree.  He then received an MBA in the US and in Switzerland.  This was followed by various management positions, for example at Schneeberger Lineartechnik AG: This included a 10-year stint as general manager of Schneeberger USA and then as CEO of Schneeberger Switzerland. "I am very excited about my new role at Afag," Fuchser said. "I want to accelerate the internationalization of the company and the positive development of Afag."

The 49-year-old Dino Macho is a familiar face. Since 2018, the MBA graduate has served as CFO of the Schaeff Group, the holding company to which Afag belongs, and, since 2021, as CEO of Afag GmbH in Amberg as well as Afag Engineering GmbH in Hardt. On January 1, he now also assumes another role: As CFO, he will manage the finances of the Afag Group and participate in the further development of the company structure. Following a course of study focusing on the technical aspects of business administration, he began his professional career as finance controller at Porsche in Stuttgart and Melbourne/Australia. He then served as commercial manager at Magna and Mahle as well as CFO at Leitz.
