Handling electrical

Afag's electrically powered handling modules prove themselves through their flexibility and efficiency with most compact technology.

 

Linear modules / axes
 

From the flexible positoning up to the exact measurement. That are application examples of the high dynamic, precise and compact linear modules.

Rotary modules
 

Rotating, cycle timing or winding. The generous hollow shaft allows each use.

Gripper/Rotary modules

The combination of electric rotating and pneumatic gripping allows it to solve selective gripping and rotating tasks elegantly. The possibilities of operations reach from the handling up to the quality control per video support.

Gripper modules

The electrical grippers make the fully electrical automation possible.

Gantry modules

Gantry modules as single axes or in combination, for example to the efficient portal. The stiff toothed belt axes are cut precisely in millimeter for each application.

SE-Controls

Initial start-up in 5 minutes. Intuitive operating and coordination of the end module make the initial start-up of afag's electrical modules so easy. This single axe control system can be connected as well as over digital I/O as over fieldbus with the system control.
